Demure Teachers

Hi, I’m Teresa, founder of Demure Teachers! This journey began when my husband, Chris, and I felt it was time for a new adventure. After 15 years of teaching, I found myself at a crossroads, unsure if I wanted to continue down the same path. A few years earlier, I discovered a love for crafting and created pieces for various events. Then this year I’d DIY’d my entire wedding and it was then when I realized the potential to join both. I finally decided to bring together my two passions—crafting and teaching—and that’s how Demure Teachers was born.

As a teacher, I know the importance of celebrating different events, holidays, and milestones throughout the school year. For years, I found myself either making my own shirts or rushing to Amazon for something last-minute. With Demure Teachers, my goal is to provide fellow educators with stylish, comfortable, and affordable shirts and accessories that help you celebrate every occasion while feeling fabulous in the classroom.
